A non-refundable 25% of the the payment is due with the rental agreement at the time of booking to secure your date. The balance is required to be paid in full 60 days prior to your event.

Yes if the alcohol is free to your guests, no cash can exchange hands. No cash bars are allowed on our property. You must have a licensed & insured bartender/day of event insurrance.

Yes. The Dade City Woman's Club is equipped with a catering kitchen which means no food can be prepared or cooked on site since we do not have a commercial food license. Food preparation in the kitchen is only allowed by a "food service" licensed caterer or restaurant. All food must be reheat only. Use of the clubhouse kitchen appliances must be approved prior to the event.

We are not responsible for any personal items left in the building.  You are responsible for taking all items at the end of your special day or event. Please make sure your important keepsakes are going home with you. If anything is left in our building without making prior arrangements to pick up at a later time, it becomes property of the DCWC and will be donated or disposed of accordingly.
